relationship archetypes

the twelve relationship archetypes

every way of loving has a shape. the archetype is how tessakin names yours. take a short quiz, read the twelve, and see yourself before you see anyone else. built for polyamorous, open, and ethically non-monogamous relationships, where no single template ever fit in the first place.

what an archetype is here

your archetype is not a box. it is a starting language. most relationship advice assumes one shape of love and asks you to fit it. tessakin starts the other way around, from how you actually connect, and gives that a name you can share.

it is a way to be understood quickly, by yourself and by the people you meet here. two archetypes in a room already know something true about each other before the first real conversation.

how the quiz reads you

the twelve spread across a few core dimensions of how people love. wherever you land on these is what shapes your archetype. none is better than another. they just describe how you tend to love.

integration
how woven together you like your relationships to be, from parallel and independent all the way to fully kitchen table, everyone at the same table.
depth
how much you nest, from light and unentangled to building a shared home.
pace
how you move into connection, from intensity first to slow bloom.
openness
how you hold openness, and how much joy you take in a partner's other loves.

the quiz reads more nuance than these four, but this is the shape of what it listens for.

pick any version of the quiz. take your time. you can revisit your archetype whenever it stops fitting, because people change and the language should keep up.
