child safety standards

Tessakin is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. We do not permit anyone under 18 to create an account or use the service. Every member must confirm they are 18 or older, and any account found to belong to a minor is removed.

We strictly prohibit, and have zero tolerance for:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form: real, fictional, drawn, animated, or AI-generated;
• The sexualization, sexual solicitation, grooming, or exploitation of any minor;
• Sharing, requesting, offering, or facilitating access to CSAM;
• Any other content or conduct that endangers a child.

This applies everywhere on Tessakin: profiles, posts, writings, photos, direct messages, community spaces, and any other user-generated content.

Any user can report content, a profile, a message, or behavior that raises a child safety concern directly within the app, using the report controls available on content and profiles, or by contacting us at the address below. Reports involving child safety are prioritized.

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or a credible child-safety violation, we act promptly to:

• remove the offending content;
• terminate the responsible account(s);
• preserve relevant information as required by law; and
• report to the appropriate authorities (see below).

Tessakin complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. We maintain a process to report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline in the United States, and/or to the relevant regional authority, as required by law.
